Piece of Advice for First Year Students:

Dive right in! My biggest regret from my first year at Tech was not getting involved on campus sooner. Georgia Tech has so many amazing organizations to get involved in and your first semester is a great time to join some! This is a great way to meet like-minded people who share similar interests and expand your social network. Taking a small leadership role in one of these organizations your first year will usually provide you the opportunity to rise up to higher-level leadership roles in future semesters (something all of your future employers will value!).
