Sibling Orientation

Each summer FASET orientation welcomes over 3,000 new students to our Institute and with those new students comes 3,000 new families. A big part of those families are the siblings of our incoming students. FASET offers a Sibling Orientation Program that runs concurrently with the Student and Guest Orientation schedule. Programming will engage GT Siblings in interesting Georgia Tech activities and traditions.

Program Overview

During Sibling Orientation, siblings will participate in activities such as:

  • A campus tour

  • Pictures with Buzz or the Ramblin' Reck

  • Bowling in our Tech Rec

  • Watching a Movie

The activities are suited for children over the age of 10 to the age of 16 years old. The program will be overseen by a NSTP Professional staff member and Georgia Tech FASET Leaders (current students). These programs will allow student's siblings to experience GT in a way that will keep them engaged during FASET.

Sibling Orientation is $120 per child. The cost includes all activities, lunch, and dinner on Day 1 of FASET. It also includes breakfast and lunch on Day 2 of FASET and all additional materials. The cost will be posted to the student's account combined with all other FASET charges.

Registration for Sibling Orientation can be indicated on the Student's FASET Session registration. Once indicated you will receive a form regarding additional information needed for your child. If you did not indicate it on the FASET Session registration, you may contact to inquire about signing up your child.
