We offer a variety of opportunities to engage with our student leaders, incoming first-year students, and their families. By sponsoring us, you will be able to share more about the opportunities that you offer and play an integral role in providing an outstanding experience for all of our students and guests.
The funds from this sponsorship program would be helping to fund areas such as but not limited to:
- Student Leader emergency housing during the Summer
- Student Leader Pay
- Student Leader professional development at conferences
- Student Leader merchandise and uniforms for the Summer
- Promoting a better experience for all students and guests that attend our programming
- Better food options
- Better swag
- Better space we can utilize for these sessions
Logo Submissions
All logos should be submitted in black and white and color, high-quality file type. Please submit one of each of the following within the sponsorship form:

Platinum Level
$10,00 Sponsorship
- Customized sponsorship package to sponsor a specific aspect of FASET.
- Student or guest T-shirts, FASET Leader polos, etc.
- Logo placed on sponsored item (if available).
- Opportunity to place promotional items in the student bags.
- Tabling opportunity at Resource Fairs.
- Promotional slide in pre-Welcome Session slide deck.
- A clickable ad on the FASET scheduling platform throughout the summer.
- Promotional opportunity on the New Student & Transition Programs website, identifying your organization name, logo, and link as a partner.
- One (1) social media post (photo/graphic) and one (1) reel promoting your organization.
- Company promotional exclusivity can be purchased in addition; limit one per sector (housing, food & beverage, athletics, municipal, etc.)
Gold Level
$5,000 Sponsorship
- Opportunity to place promotional items inside the student bags.
- Tabling opportunity at in-person Resource Fairs.
