Cynthia Jennings works as the Assistant Dean and Director of New Student & Transition Programs and has been a part of the GT community since 2013. In her role with NSTP, Dean Jennings works with her staff to guide FASET Orientation, Wreck Camp, and the other programs offered out of the office. She advises the Transfer Student Association and Tau Sigma, the transfer honorary fraternity. to create inclusive, informative, and fun programming for the incoming students at Georgia Tech. She has previously worked at Columbia University, Clark University, and Wichita State University. She is currently working on her doctorate in Student Affairs Leadership.
James is the Assistant Director of NSTP where he oversees both the FASET Orientation Program and the Wreck Camp Extended Orientation program. James also advises the Transfer Student Association on campus.
James completed his Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at New Mexico State University where he began his Student Affairs journey as a Community Assistant. While working full-time as a Residence Hall Director for 2 1/2 years, James completed his Masters in Student Affairs and Higher Education at Stephen F. Austin State University. James completed a year of being a Residence Hall Director at Georgia Tech before joining New Student & Transition Programs as the Coordinator for Wreck Camp Extended Orientation in February 2020. James is currently pursuing his Doctoral Degree in Higher Education Administration at the University of West Georgia.
Audrey works as a Coordinator in NSTP where she helps to oversee the FASET Orientation Program as well as Connect, NSTP’s First-Year Leadership Organization.
Audrey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 2019, and her M.Ed. in Student Affairs from Clemson University in 2022. She has previously worked at Ithaca College, and started her role at Georgia Tech in June of 2022.
