Payment Information

Your Advertisement/Logo will not be forwarded to the printing company until we have confirmed payment. Payments should be made by check no later than April 26, 2024. 

Invoices and receipts are provided by request only. Please email transitionprograms@studentlife.gatech.edu to notify us of your request.

Checks should be made out to: Georgia Tech Foundation and to include NSTP Sponsorship as the memo.

Agreement

1. Please select your Sponsorship commitment by April 19, 2024. 
2. All advertising must be approved by the Director of New Student & Transition Programs.
3. All opportunities are on a first-come, first-serve availability.
4. Georgia Tech and FASET Orientation have the right to exclude the participation of businesses that do not align with our educational and service mission (Ex. alcohol, drugs, adult business, etc.)
